Font?

 Hello everybody!!! Today, we are going to do something simple, yet somehow very important. Today, we are going to choose which font we might use for our magazine's project. So, let's begin. 

First, what are the candidates we have? 


As you can see, I've selected many fonts that could be used for my magazine. 

It was hard to choose for my perfectionist attitude, But after a long debate between me, and... me? I have decided (or at least plan to) use the font Bodoni MT Condensed for my title since I think the joyfully, playfully and creative looks it's got would definitely match the conceptual idea of sharing pictures along with their creator's thoughts, tips, along with the visuals that they might be willing to share as if it were to be an interview.

Furthermore, just as a side note, I am definitely considering Times New Roman as the candidate to be used for any of the prints that are to follow any paragraphs, etc.

Magazine's Demographics

                          In this research on Magazine Demographic it was found that 78% of readers are Male and 22% of the readers are Females. This information will be valuable with developing my magazine. Although this information is from 2008 so this could change. MarketingCharts’ own  US Media Audience Demographics  study demonstrates a similar trend. During Spring 2017, 56.1% of adults surveyed said they had read a print edition of a magazine in the previous week, down from 61.7% saying so a couple of years earlier. The report reveals strong discrepancies in print magazine readership by age, with adults ages 65 and older about twice as likely as those ages 18-24 to report having read a print magazine in the past week (73% and 36%, respectively). The print magazine audience tends to be skewing older over time, too. The report’s 2017 data showed that 44.7% of US monthly magazine readers were aged 55 and older, compared to 41.2% in 2015.
